Doctors, et. al., will use the genetics excuse ad infinitum, because 99%, or more, of people don't understand genetics.

From my study, trauma can cause adhd and autistic symptoms. So many children have trauma, which changes the brain!

Vey true and trauma and abuse can lead to endogenous issues that can further impact brain health and function. For instance, trauma can place the person in a constant state of stress. That stress can lead to hormonal disruption, nutrient deficiencies, increasead intestinal permeablity and gut dysbiosis, further compounding an issue. If there is an exogenous issue, how it impacts one's health endogenously cannot be overlooked.
