Trash news on ADHD based on this new study.
Would you take chemotherapy if a MD told you that you have cancer based on your symptoms-no testing required? Probably not. Yet millions of people are on mind-altering drugs-no tests required.
What is wrong with ADHD diagnosis?
In 2022, 1 out of every 9 kids in the US received an ADHD diagnosis. This is based on the new 2024 study by Danielson et al. They concluded that 58.1% of those children with ADHD have moderate or severe ADHD, and half of the children with an ADHD diagnosis were on medication for it.
The number of children in 2022 with an ADHD diagnosis is one million more kids with that diagnosis than in 2016.
Something is very, very wrong.
Why are so many kids diagnosed with ADHD?
Well, if you listen to NPR propaganda (in which over 80% of the reporters are Democrats and the new head of NPR is also a part of the WEF), they seem to think that the rise in the number is a great thing because kids are now being screened for other things and doctors “pick up” on the ADHD.
That is the term the NPR article used “picked up on.” There was no testing for anything that could be causing these hyperactive symptoms; The doctor just picked up on the ADHD symptoms and slapped a label on it!
The article goes on to state that more girls are now getting an ADHD diagnosis, whereas, in the past, it was diagnosed more so in boys.
Wait for what they now consider part of an ADHD diagnosis in girls…
DAYDREAMING
Yes, girls may be inattentive because they are daydreaming. An inattentiveness is a sign of ADHD.
When my son was young, around ages 7-10, if you asked him what his favorite thing to do was, he would say “daydreaming.” He loved hockey, and I think he loved daydreaming about being on the ice, winning a game, and so forth.
So now, daydreaming is bad.
My background in nutrition is in addition to undergraduate degrees in sociology and psychology. From that perspective, daydreaming is a positive, relaxing part of our lives that builds creativity and can give us direction toward our dreams, hopes, and goals.
What is wrong with a child daydreaming?
The interviewee in the NPR article goes on to describe ADHD, stating that it is
“just how their brain works.”
Really?
ADHD. Look deeper.
Perhaps the child is fed a junk food, sugar-filled diet and is on the blood sugar roller coaster all day long. Maybe the child has a food dye/coloring/additive/preservative or food sensitivity and eats these ingredients multiple times daily. Maybe there is no structure or rules in the household.
Maybe the child is burdened with heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, and other environmental toxins.
Or the child spends all their time in front of video games, with no exposure to sunshine and unstructured playtime that builds creativity and utilizes that youthful energy.
Why is modern medicine so quick to slap a label on a handful of symptoms?
The last question in the NPR article was, “Do researchers know what causes ADHD?”
If I were to respond to this question, I would first say that the ADHD symptoms are shout-outs” of underlying root causes, which can be numerous.
The article played the same card that mainstream always does for all these mental health issues.
Genetics!
Surprise, surprise!
Their recommendation was medication and behavioral therapy (another big surprise).
Honestly, I try to stay away from much of the mainstream trash media because it sickens me so much, but I have to read it to understand what garbage is being thrown at the masses.
Kids are eating more fake foods, including foods they think are healthy, such as fake meat and products with natural flavors. Natural flavors contain solvents and preservatives, and these flavors created by chemists are not regulated or natural. Vegan meats also contain chemicals, inflammatory fats, and cheap fillers.
But hey, the American Heart Association proudly supports fake meat, so it must be good for you!
The DSM states that ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder.
If it is a neurodevelopmental disorder, where are the tests to prove this statement is correct?
There aren’t any.
Recall from the video in this substack that mental health disorder diagnoses are purely subjective.
It is inexcusable to state that the rise in all our mental health issues, such as ADHD, is related to genetics.
Rising rates of autism: genetics
Rising cancer rates-genetics.
How long can they continue to play the genetics card?
No one thing is contributing to ADHD-like signs/symptoms. Still, there are many issues, such as parents wanting to be their child’s friend instead of parenting and providing rules, the structure around behavior, manners, food, video games, etc.
It could begin in the womb if the mother passes on an unhealthy microbiome or breastfed while on medications or after a vaccine or injection.
It can be due to environmental factors or toxicity from many vaccines, especially given all at once, in which there is no data to indicate this is safe or poor detoxification pathways, and this last one can be genetic.
Bottom Line
Next time a doctor tells you your child has ADHD or someone says their child needs medication for ADHD, ask where the test is to prove the child has a neurodevelopmental disorder.
If it was cancer, would that same person take chemo if the doctor said, “Based on your symptoms, I can tell you that you have cancer. No testing is needed.
You would run from that doctor. Yet, with a mental health issue, we think nothing of putting our children on mind-altering drugs based on the subjective viewpoint of a medical professional.
Show my posts some love, please!
It is just me writing, reading, researching, and seeing clients!
I do not use mainstream social media, so please share my posts so that more people can get informed on how to get and stay healthy.
This is NOT information allopathic practitioners will share with you.
Doctors, et. al., will use the genetics excuse ad infinitum, because 99%, or more, of people don't understand genetics.
And we know how diagnosis gets into the DSM, right? Let's flip a coin! Sad, sad.
