We can see how the world is shifting. There is more hate, violence, distrust, and deception than we may have seen before in our lifetimes.
My posts are not political, but the recent assassination attempt on Trump is a stark reminder that we cannot trust organizations in positions of power and authority. We also cannot depend upon one political leader to “save the day.”
The best thing you can do is to be self-reliant.
A healthy food supply is critical for your health and survival
Who is “they”?
Regarding food, “they” want all of us to live off of fake food. Ultra-processed food is fake food, but it just keeps getting worse.
You may think of Gates, WEF, WHO, and local governments as the “they,” but it is more significant than that.

It is not just fake meat.
You have already heard about fake meat grown in a lab, but now “they” are coming after butter! I am not talking about the plant spreads that many people think are healthy (they are not when products such as Earth Balance contain palm oil, canola oil, and soybean oil).
Lab Made Butter
This article touts that alternative butter does not require land, livestock, or crops.
Isn’t that wonderful?
A startup company, Savor, backed by…wait for it…. Bill Gates…makes butter from synthetic fat using carbon dioxide and hydrogen. The article goes on to state that the “best” part is that it tastes like real butter.
Gates even states in a video (included in the article) that the lab-created butter is somehow real butter because “chemically it is.”
Huh?
I am so confused about how synthetic lab-created butter can be identified as the same thing that comes from a cow.
But, hey, let’s all run to the store to buy fake butter, ultra-processed foods, meat, and dairy injected with hormones, lab-grown chicken, and then let’s run straight to the allopathic medical doctor's office for all our prescriptions!
Savor and Gates think that lab-grown butter is such a great idea for the human population.
But they are not stopping with butter!
To save the planet, they plan to make all sorts of food, such as meat and cheese, using their synthetic lab-created fat.
The article concludes that by eating all these fake foods, we can achieve our climate goals and reduce CO2 (since they believe in the climate change farce).

Below are two links that are useful in clearing up the climate/CO2 scam for those who believe we should eat unhealthy, processed, synthetic foods to save the planet while killing off the human race.
This article links to research indicating that rising CO2 is not a reason to panic and eat bugs.
Dr. Jan Kubicki led a group of world-renowned Polish scientists to study the impact of increases in CO2 emissions on the Earth’s global temperatures.
However, not only did they find that higher levels of CO2 made no difference, but they also proved that it simply isn’t possible for increases in carbon dioxide to cause temperatures to rise.
Kubicki and his team recently published three papers which all conclude that Earth’s atmosphere is already “saturated” with carbon dioxide.
This saturation means that, even at greatly increased levels of CO2, the “greenhouse gas” will not cause temperatures to rise.
What the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) advises you to eat for you to be healthy
The American Society for Nutrition suggests eating baby carrots and whole grains to stay healthy and that some processed foods are actually healthy.
Why baby carrots?
Don’t the nutritionists from the ASN know the little knob carrots are not baby carrots? They are just regular broken or odd-shaped carrots cut into pieces and polished into smaller sizes. Some say they are treated with a chlorine solution.
So why not just say, “Eat more carrots.”
Or wouldn’t it be better for the ASN to advise you to eat carrots of varying colors?
The ASN also recommends eating whole grains. The author clarifies that whole grains are better than refined grains but then tells you to eat whole wheat flour.
If you cannot see the grain, it is a refined grain. Flour is processed and refined, stripped of nutrients.
Bread made with whole wheat flour is still a processed and refined product.
What is happening to the cattle industry?

It just keeps getting worse for small health-conscious ranchers to stay in business.
In this short video, the rancher discusses the main reason for the use of electronic IDs on cattle.
The push for mandatory cattle tracking came after the bird flu scare. Electronic ID tags are placed on the animal before it is taken to the processor. The processor can refuse to process your cattle into meat if it does not have electronic tracking.
In the video clip, the rancher also discusses that the electronic ID can also identify which cattle have been vaccinated for bird flu. The rancher also discusses how they lost a large number of cattle after using a live vaccine for a respiratory vaccine in the cows and their calves.
The push is to get vaccines into the meat supply and, thereby, into you!
Bottom Line
If you eat out, be very careful what you order. I am not a fan of vegan or vegetarian diets long term, but in the instance of eating out, you may want to avoid fish, chicken, and beef to be on the safe side if you want to avoid vaccines in the food supply, farmed fish and foods sourced from confined animal factory operations.
I realize that vegetarian food sources, when eating out, have their issues as well, such as herbicides and pesticides, have their issues when eating out. You will have to decide which is the lesser of the two evils.
As I have said in the past, it is one of the reasons I do not eat out very often, but there are instances in which I am forced to, so I try to make the best choices I can.
Keeping some activated charcoal capsules in your purse or car can be handy during these instances.
Ask questions about your food. Healthy food exists and it is vital we support these farmers and ranchers. Grow and raise what you can to be self-reliant. Know the plants in your area to use for food and medicinal purposes.

Just came back from vacation and of course most of the time had to eat out. Geez the food that people eat out. Those with us picked Olive Garden (haven't been there is about 8 years). Now they have the calorie count although I am not sure anyone even looks at it. How people can eat like that week after week is beyond me.
We are fortunate that we have friends that own a small farm. Able to come home with 13 dozen eggs, Roma tomatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic and beautiful heads of cabbage.
