People need proper nutrition not pills in a bottle, it is not just about the supposed "vitamins", it's also about the excipients (fillers etc.) which can contain nearly anything (even bad things on purpose, yes population management is a thing).
More importantly, look at people in developing countries, as long as they have hygiene and eat well, they are quite healthy. Look at places like Africa, Nepal, India, etc they hunt in rugged terrain, build houses and schools, farms, they are very powerful people. If they are in a dirty city with animal feces and garbage, well of course people in these conditions may have problems, but that has nothing to do with vitamins or supplements. Only persons with specific illnesses like pernicious anemia and others need to supplement.
This is exactly the way the pharmaceutical industry works. They use smoke and mirrors and “science“ to convince you to take poisons aka chemicals as “supplements” and “vitamins”,
We all know vitamins are made in the identical way as pharmaceuticals with identical side effect profiles that harm your body in myriad of different ways making you a cash cow customer to the medical industrial complex
Agents work Tim truth Jim Stevenson Junior Seco, steroid hormone d group on Facebook have mountains of evidence to show you the harmful effects of taking synthetic toxic poisons in your body that were invented by the pharmaceutical industry in the early 1900s . Do you really think the pharmaceutical industry invent something for your health? Take vitamin B one for example Merck pharmaceutical industry seeing the income potential convinced people white rice was poisoning them instead of telling them to eat brown rice. They said they could make a pill that would give you all of the benefits of brown rice without having to eat it so they picked one chemical compound out of of the half million in bran made a chemical copy out of cold tar acetone ammonia Among other chemicals and voilà said they have a vitamin that they can now sell back to the public and begin the mandatory fortification market…
Take pharmaceuticals if you want, but just realize they are a wolf and sheep’s clothing and this person is either too brainwashed and indoctrinated into the system to understand that or is a pharmaceutical representative .
By the way, you can’t take the over 36 different hormonal reactions occurring from sunlight, touching your skin and eyes working synergistically within the body creating thousands of different reactions simultaneously and put it in a pill that kills rats, mice cats, dogs, and people if you took too much
If you have read my other posts, I have stated that the sun offers immense benefits and shared a video link. I hope you never have a health issue that requires additional support. Good luck.
Karen, the mere fact that you would advertise synthetic nonsense (pharmaceutical grade poison that can be patented) to you subscribers says all you need to know about who you are.
NOTHING can supplement good clean food. NOTHING can supplement the sun.
Anyone who suggests otherwise is either a useful idiot or a pharma sponsored shill/grifter.
Idk, my parents gave me vit D supplements as a child and I broke my arm 3 times on minor falls. Afyer I read a few testimony of others experiences similar and finding Agents post it really got me digging.... in the end , vitamins are not what I thought they were...there is NOTHING natural about them. They are a pharmaceutical just like the other pills that I was trying to avoid. I was hooked on getting as healthy as possible and the supplements were not getting me anywhere. In fact once I stopped, I have more energy, sleep better and stopped getting colds for the most part. But I will say, if they are working for you than by all means keep taking them.
Bones health requires more than just vitamin D. Not all supplements are synthetic products. Individual needs is key to understanding what you do and don't need.
I would like to learn of un synthetic vitamins. I understand that we can call something like macca powder a supplement and hope that it is just dried root and there are hopefully lots of examples as such. In the end, I am discovering that less is more. There is a risk of treating symptoms only to throw off another part of the intricate body systems
Yes, address root causes if there is a health issue. Standard process is a good example of a non-sunthetic supplement. Mountain rose herbs, natural grocers, local herb shops are good sources for herbs in a natural state such as the use of nettle leaf, slippery elm or goji berries.
I've been honestly searching for potential non synthetic or at least some "good quality " because I have some of my dear friends that won't stop taking their vitamins because they just don't want to see this reality. I get it , they have been doing something their whole lives and "see the benifits " .
Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol is POISONOUS to DOGS. Look on veterinary websites. Dogs are closer as mammals to humans.

I personally deal with a MD doctor whom changed his ways, and started a cancer clinic. His main treatment protocol is to get people to eliminate meats, dairies, processed foods. He requires his committed clients to eat plant based, whole foods, with minimal added fats (good coconut oil is permitted in small amounts). He has them drink a fermented drink a number of times a day. Many people get healed, even from stage 4 metastatic cancers. He minimizes supplements, and keep interventions to a minimum.

Would it not be better to rely on the human body, with real foods for one's clients?
I'm more confused than enlightened by your analysis. It is well known that traditional Chinese did not contain milk or its products in any form, nor did they take D3/K2 supplements. Neither negatively affected their health and longevity. Their bones were strong. They did, however consume calcium from legumes. Dairy-rich Scandinavians have weaker bones and more heart disease than their African counterparts, who average 200mg calcium daily. Their calcium is going into joints and circulating in arteries rather than accumulating in bones. Alternative health Finnish guru Paavo Airola died of heart disease. Dairy was a major part of his diet. The claim that we need 1,000-1,200 mg calcium daily sounds more like industry propaganda than real science. Those on the so-called carnivore diet may consume no calcium at all and claim very strong bones. Most D3 supplements use MK-7 rather than what you call the superior MK-4. Why? Flesh foods contain all 10 MK's. Are only two significant? My understanding is that it is certain wavelengths of infrared and far-infrared light rays from the sun that provide the pro-vitamin D that the liver converts into the actual vitamin, which cannot be obtained from supplements. There are lamps and wearables that supposedly provide the right light rays. I found this article also informative: https://health101.org/art_cancer_vitamin_D.htm. Comments welcome. Sufficient load-bearing exercise is one of the most important requisites for strong teeth and bones, which we must not overlook. One of the many significant drawbacks to cooking your foods is that the teeth get little exercise. Having little or no life force, cooked food fosters growth of decomposition bacteria that promote caries, making it harder to keep them clean.
Hello Bob, I did not encourage calcium supplementation in the article but discouraged it. I also stated other co-factors with vitamin D should preferably come from food. I also stated vitamin should should preferably come from sunlight but this is not a viable solution for many.
I’m one of those many, but haven’t figured out where to get it except animal foods, artifically produced wavelengths of the proper light frequences, possibly extracts of lichen, possibly consumption of ergosterol from fungi, or consumption of a chemical that kills furry animals. Where do furry prey animals like sheep get their vitamin D, especially those living in Northern climates? Doesn’t that fur have a relatively high SPF factor?
Sorry for the delayed response. I decided to turn your question into a post since the response was lengthy and time consuming. It is scheduled to go out tomorrow.

NEVER listen to shills who back pharma grade poisons and you hit the nail on the head... Supplements are synthetic poisons (pharmaceuticals).

Show us a picture of a vitamin in nature.

No one falls for this rubbish anymore. You shills will get some of your own medicine as people wake up to your grifting!
You can take your synthetic crap and pharma backed studies and shove it where the sun don't shine.

I drank the koolaid, too, John. Thanks for writing this, Karen. Here's another one by the Medical Rebel to bring us back to reality. https://rumble.com/v4obzbw-updated-the-propaganda-war-on-vitamin-d-dont-let-them-kill-you..html
