Is there a downside to keeping it anywhere from 60 to 100?

Much of the research indicates benefits found up to in the 60 ng/mL range such as reduced breast cancer and autoimmune risk. Based on the information 60-65 seems like a sweet spot. Up to 199 ng/mL does not appear to cause harm but it may not have any benefits either. Over 200 can lead to toxicity. I know in the past Dr. Mercola has stated if you have cancer, the D level should be around 100 Ng/mL. www.grassrootshealth.net is an informative D site.
