Like their 'so-called' vitamin gummies with high fructose corn syrup in them! 🙄 I buy supplements from there, but you REALLY have to read EVERY label! I'd say 80% of their store is GARBAGE!

You always have to read labels but NG is better than many other so-called health stores such as Sprouts or WF. There are products they refuse to carry. For example, they will not carry protein bars or powders sweetened with artificial sugar.

Oh read every single label everywhere I'd say. I feel it's criminal what a lot of false advertising we have today.

Surely she meant to use the "less than" sign instead of the "greater than"?

I read it as no greater than but you are right, how she worded it was incorrect.

>1.00 would be out of spec and, therefore rejected for sale. Same with >3.00, would be rejected.

Talking about bulk buying, just out of curiosity, do you buy large quantities from the bulk section?

I know this company that does cinnamon - particularly ceylon cinnamon - and apparently when importing it into the country the shipment I was told went through a lab process (I don't know if it's for every shipment of theirs though). Basically a thorough process.

Also if you're buying particularly cinnamon in bulk - especially for a hotel or restaurant, or for resale etc.. here's a good read on some questions to ask the seller: https://www.seylany.com/en/what-are-some-top-questions-b2b-customers-could-ask-when-sourcing-cinnamon-wholesale/

Anyway, the industry (to a certain extent) not just for spices, but I think for oils, etc.. is in shambles. I once wanted olive oil. So I go to a store and I see this vast array of brands all apparently olive oil. And just out of curiosity I take a closer look at some of the containers - you know bottles, mini cans, etc - and I was staggered. Some of them I don't know if they can even be called olive oil! - They're like mixes of this and that.

Pretty important to look at the finer print these days I think.
