Just an FYI, the link in this sentence:

"Many products are not what they seem to be."

is pointing to a local file on your computer.

Also, just a warning to people who might still use social media, there's been a bunch of supplement scams online:

https://www.bitdefender.com/blog/labs/deep-dive-on-supplement-scams-how-ai-drives-miracle-cures-and-sponsored-health-related-scams-on-social-media/

There's also AI companies like https://icon.me/ that are used for creating AI-generated "influencer" ads.

Sorry, actually at that link if you scroll down the pdf is right there if you dont want to save it.

It is sad and concerning regarding how many people get their health info from social media/influencers. Think about all the influencers who were paid to push the c19 injections.

thank you for writing this article!

I have one serious question, though, concerning late pregnancy and lactation. During this time, any detoxing of the mother goes through the child via blood or breastmilk. And for this reason I never suggest these mothers to take any detoxifying substances.

Have i got something wrong?

No, you do not have it wrong. What was meant by safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding is that for many herbs the safety, contraindications are unknown but milk thistle is a safe herb to take in these instances. But on the flip side, you are correct. One of the best ways for a female to detoxify is to have a baby since the toxins will be passed on to the infant. Milk thistle may prevent toxins from entering cells so depending on the individual situation, MT may still be beneficial in these instances.
