If you're in a situation involving another person that makes you very unhappy, get out of that situation. No excuses, other than being a minor. If you're unhappy with yourself, you're gonna have to change yourself. Sorry, that's the really pain in the butt one. Find something you enjoy and spend time doing it, everyday IF possible. If there are people you enjoy being with, be with them whenever possible, but do NOT depend on them to make you happy, only to give you a boost IF needed.
