Four young leaf organic teas to buy
Younger tea leaves will contain minimal amounts of aluminum compared to older leaves.
I contacted Mountain Rose Herbs, a reputable herbal source for teas, herbs, tinctures, EOs, and more, to see which of their teas are young-leaf organic teas since in these two posts below, I commented on tea and how older leaves contain more aluminum.
Tea vs. coffee and aluminum content; A "new" filter option.
Dr. Chris Exley is an expert researcher on the hazards of aluminum from numerous sources, including vaccines. I watched his video presentation in this substack below. He discusses the findings of Al (aluminum) in brain tissue as contributing to disorders such as autism and dementia.
Aluminum content varies in tea. Know which teas have the lowest Al content.
A Study on Aluminum Content in Different Teas This study by Lin and Yang (2016) examined the Al content in green, black, and oolong and divided the study into older and younger leaves and the steeping duration. They found that the younger the tea leaf, the less Al content
Four Teas That Are Made With Young Leaves
The younger the tea leaf, the less heavy metals or Al it will contain, which makes sense. The problem is that finding young-leaf tea that is also organic is not easy. I have been drinking tea daily for about 15 years, and I am concerned about long-term consumption since my detoxification abilities are impaired. I had no idea that drinking a healthy beverage may also be harmful.
I ordered three teas below, as one is out of stock.
If you drink tea daily like I do, you may want to add some young-leaf teas to your diet.
I have no affiliation with Mountain Rose Herbs, so there is no incentive for me if you order from them. This is just information I wanted to share with you.
Here are their teas if you are interested.

👏👏💯👍I wish more people knew about Dr Chris Exley's work, that he has tirelessly committed to bringing to light, even through extreme and longtime censorship, defamation, professional blackmail, and his own health issues.
I don't always agree with him on all constituents Mao in some subject matter, but when it comes to Aluminium-he IS the world's expert on this pernicious and destructive toxin, destroying people's quality of life, in the pursuit of $$$ bills by industries.😐
