I've tried a couple. One was from Native Path and is Antarctic Krill oil. The other was Aqua Biome Omega-3. Both break my face out so I'm over it! I even have to be careful with Vit D3 and E. If they have olive oil they break my face out. It's got to be Organic olive oil. Preservatives are not my friend! LOL I can't do high fructose corn syrup or Maltodextrin at all! Oh and I can't do pills with brown rice flour, but rice flour ones don't bother me! Doesn't make sense to me, but it is what it is!

Sounds like food sources are best for you. You may have sensitivities or a gut issue. But you are better off without preservatives etc anyhow.

I definitely have sensitivities and they are ANNOYING! lol However, I'm glad my body doesn't like junk...sometimes. lol I do love fish/seafood, but heck everything you read about don't buy this kind it has lead/mercury, don't buy farm raised, oh wait now ocean fish have microplastics and lead. 🤦‍♀️😫 It used to be bread and water was good...now gluten and any water except reverse osmosis is bad for you. I'm about to lose my mind. 🤪😂 I can't even do collagen! Animal byproducts are iffy with me. I have to be careful there.

I do have Nordic fish oil and I opened it up and after the strawberry smell dissipates, you can smell bad fish,

Also, why would they spray it with strawberry scent.

I wouldn’t purchase one that has a scent to cover up a potential bad odor. You can look up the lot number. I would also contact the company.

Do you have an opinion on krill oil vs fish oil? I've read that limited studies indicate that krill is absorbed better, and that the astaxanthin in it helps prevent oxidation of the oil. The downside is that it's more expensive. Is it worth it or not?

Krill oil is phospholipids whereras fish oil is triglycerides. It is an either or situation. Krill or triglycerides is better than ethyl esters. Studies comparing krill to fish oil did not indicate the fish oil form and ethyl esters are less bioavailable.
