"Is it Conspiracy?" I would change the terminology. Conspiracies happen, whether it's two guys conspiring to rob a liquor store or financiers conspiring to get World War II started. I would also not ask "Is it Conspiracy Theory?" because not all conspiracy theories are false. Most are, because they are so diverse and mutually exclusive. But I also wouldn't ask "Is it a False Conspiracy Theory?" because that will discourage readers from trying to understand the large and very real conspiracies that affect all of us. I would simply ask "Is it True?"
And maybe it's more correct to use the singular: the large and very real conspiracy that affects all of us. Aspects of that real conspiracy include extending governing control to all people on Earth, and reducing the number of us. Why then would we think that "immunization" is intended to be to our benefit?
