Why I have not posted on my substack in the past two weeks.
Sorry for the lack of posts recently
Why I have not posted
Several weeks ago, I decided to start using the starter protocol in the Ultimate Guide to Chlorine Dioxide.
The guide will answer all your questions regarding ordering the products or how to make your own, the differences between MMS and CDS, and so forth. It cleared up a lot of my confusion.
The starter protocol lasted 5 days, and even then, I had to drop back down to a lower dose because of fatigue and weakness. Then, I transitioned to the MMS protocol with the intention of sticking with it for 21 days.
I lasted 6.
I lost several days to weakness, fatigue, and severe headaches, and two of those days were spent in bed. I had a Herxheimer reaction and had to drop the dose. I switched over to capsules so I could avoid the smell. However, even thinking of the smell would make me sick to my stomach.
I was also experiencing brain fog.
So I fell very behind in work.
An 8-hour protocol was too long for me. I do IF, so I tried to start the protocol during the middle of the night, but that also left me exhausted the next day. So, I could not get an additional 10 hours of fasting on top of an overnight fast. It was too long for me, and I think that is partly the reason for the headaches.
The guide's author (curious outlier)did a written interview for Unbekoming substack, so I messaged the person via there. They were very helpful and said I could do the doses every 30 minutes for 4 hours. That is much more practical for me, and knowing I could try it that way is a relief. The handbook author also stated that I do not have to do the 3 drops, but only 2 drops throughout the protocol may work for me.
I unexpectedly had to fly out of state and just returned, so it has been a pretty stressful time.
My plan is to return to the protocol when things quiet down a bit, trying it every 30 minutes for 8 doses using 2 drops. I like the capsule method. I also realized that summer may not be the best time to do the protocol when there are numerous events and guests that I am trying to work around. I may wait until the end of the summer.
Either way, I plan on sharing my experience and results with the protocol.
I also did not start the collagen for 12 weeks because I did not want to do that at the same time as the MMS, so I may start that one now since it is much easier and doable.
I apologize and hope to get back on track posting very soon.
Take your time. We'll be here
I am looking forward to learning more
