In 2024, I will continue to bring you FREE content on how to stay healthy and what to do if you get sick. I will continue to discuss concerns such as CVD, cancer, mental health, autism, vaccines/injections, faulty research, and much more.

I will dispel allopathic myths as best as I can so that you don’t fall for the pharmaceutical traps.

As always, I will provide you with alternative health and nutrition solutions.

I encourage you to always be inquisitive, ask questions, and never take my word for anything, but do your research and decide what is best for you.

Preparing (in advance) for illness or injury is “one of the best things you can do to take care of yourself.”

I have the above in quotes because I have heard repeatedly from mainstream news sources since 2021 that “one of the best things you can do to protect your health is to get your injection.” (well, “they” use the word vaccine, but even the pharmaceutical companies know that a modified mRNA injection is not a vaccine but a type of technology.

Dr. Paul Marik is an allopathically trained medical doctor who, since 2020, has changed his views on medicine and the healthcare system in the U.S. and has stated that the medical system is not set up to make you well.

Emergency care is terrific in the U.S., but when discussing diet and lifestyle health issues, profit occurs when medicine, medical procedures, and invasive medical tests manage people’s health but do not promote health and wellness.

I made a great deal of mistakes with our children’s health when I was a new mom. I listened to everything the pediatrician said and didn’t question it. I cannot go back and undo what I did, but I can move forward and educate others to not make the same mistakes I did.

My son (now in his 20s) was on an antibiotic rotation for three years straight from 6-weeks old for chronic ear infections, even with tubes put into his ears several times.

As a toddler, he had an extended belly-not a cute, chubby baby belly. Now I can look at those pictures and see what I missed all those years ago.

His extended, bloated belly was a sign of dysbiosis and increased intestinal permeability.

It is understandable that I may not have understood what that symptom meant, but shouldn’t the prescribing ENT have known what was causing the distended but not fat belly?

I have done a complete 180 since then and have learned so much due to my mistakes.

My Family Emergency Binder

I am putting together a family binder on health remedies. I went back and re-started the entries because I realized I was writing it still for me, not for someone who does not have a background in nutritional, herbal, and natural remedies. Hence, it is taking me longer than I expected.

For instance, I have a section on herbal teas for a fever. I thought this was straightforward. Then I realized my husband had no idea how to properly make a potent cup of herbal tea! So, I am returning to the sections, making them more understandable and listing the needed items.

Also, a large supply of items is unnecessary after giving it some thought. Many health issues can be solved with the same products. Therefore, I may reduce the content and primarily focus on using DMSO, CDS/MMS, hydrogen peroxide, colloidal silver, baking soda, and my homeopathic remedy kit.

For instance, the more I read about DMSO, the more I realize that just one product can be used for various health issues.

Benefits of Being Prepared

Recently, I had relatives who all had the flu, went to the hospital, and got Tamiflu. If you are considering using Tamiflu, here is a substack by Dr. Tenpenny to read first.

Even before you get sick, the best thing you can do is focus on your health daily with simple steps such as getting sunshine and fresh air, going for walks, and cooking whole foods using herbs and spices.

You may not ward off getting sick, but at least if you do get sick, you enter the illness with a robust immune system.

The Illness and Injury Kit

I cannot stress enough the importance of ensuring you have all the items on hand BEFORE you ever need them. During the early months of 2020, I did a lot of pro bono work helping people who were sick, possibly with cov!d.

The issue was they had none of the items on hand that were needed at the first sign of illness symptoms. The supplemental items may have yielded no benefit when they got them.

As a side note, the reason I did much of this work pro bono was that the FDA and the FTC sent a warning notice in April 2020 to nutrition professional organizations such as the one that I am board certified through (National Association of Nutrition Professionals) that immune support advice (for any condition that requires immune support) could only come from a medical doctor.

That was my second clue that something very fishy was going on; my first clue was how the death certificate guidelines were changed overnight in the third week of March 2020 so that cov!d went on the first line of the DC regardless of whether someone died from the virus or not.

I am still amazed that more people did not question this change.

The First Section of My Home Remedy Guide

I started with a section on nebulizing for respiratory distress. I figured not being able to breathe should be the first page.

I apologize for the wrinkled-looking pages. I put the pages into clear sleeves, and I am having a heck of a time getting them into the sleeves!
