Raw Milk: Is it dangerous?
Raw milk is available in 46 states, but much is labeled “for animal use only.” If you search for raw milk online, the first sites are for the CDC, FDA, and other mainstream sites stating that raw milk can cause serious illness, is dangerous, and should be avoided.
https://www.realmilk.com is a site with a map to help you find raw milk in your area. Browse the site for safety information on raw milk.
In this article on the Raw Milk site
What the dairy industry believes is that raw milk contaminates pasteurized milk. This is not the case. Pasteurized milk kills the safety systems that control pathogens in raw milk and therefore permit unlimited growth of dangerous bacteria if present.
Our products have what Mother Nature intended, a diversity of good bacteria and a wide range of essential enzymes including lactase for lactose digestion and phosphatase that is essential for the utilization of calcium.
One reason raw milk is so much easier to digest compared to pasteurized milk is due to the presence of lactase, the enzyme that breaks down milk sugar and which many humans are unable to produce. The experts I have spoken with deny the presence of lactase in raw milk; however, it is the friendly bacteria in raw milk that facilitate the creation of lactase in the intestine where it is needed. That is why lactose-intolerant people can drink raw milk without a problem. Pasteurization kills these friendly bacteria.
And from a pdf report on "why raw milk" on Raw Milk Colorado site":
“Before the heating of raw milk, milk is a living food rich in colloidal minerals, vitamins A, C and B complex, rich in essential enzymes …milk also has cortisone-like factor which is heat sensitive in the cream.”
I encourage you to read the entire pdf, as I could not copy/paste sections from it.
Milk Genomics cites a 2005 study that found farm children who drank raw milk, as opposed to supermarket milk, had fewer allergies, asthma, and dermatitis during childhood.
This information above contradicts mainstream sites that state raw milk can increase asthma and allergy risk. I am skeptical of raw milk causing asthma since my dissertation was on asthma. Asthma rates have risen since Fauci was placed in the position of head of the NIAID, and since the number of vaccines children have received has risen. I think asthma has little to do with raw milk (or with gas stoves, for that matter).
No one is discussing the real culprit behind the rise in children sick with asthma, allergies, ear infections, respiratory infections, mental health disorders, autism, and autoimmune conditions. (processed food, food-like products, diet high in fast food, sugar, fake sugar, and rancid oils, packaging on our food, water from plastic water bottles, pesticides/herbicides, other toxins, heavy metals, the disruption to the gut microbiome and intestinal permeability, and a large number of vaccines)
This is not normal!
Before you purchase raw milk shares
If you consume or plan to consume raw milk via raw milk shares, ask to stop by the farm first to witness the type of care the cows are receiving. Are the cows grass-fed, not given antibiotics, looking healthy, and not stressed?
In some states, such as GA and Florida, you can purchase the raw milk (for animal purposes) in your local market, but I am sure if you call the local farm, they may be happy to have you stop by because the more people who see the quality of their raw milk production, the more customers for them.
Doctors were taught about dangerous raw milk.
In a Twitter/X post (link below), Dr. Kayla Lamellis reminded everyone that “pasteurization wasn’t created for funsies” (her word, not mine). She also said she was taught about the hazards of raw milk in medical school.
Her bio states she is a Diet Coke junkie, so she obviously, was not taught about the consequences of overconsumption of artificial sweeteners and empty calories. I posted some information on the negative consequences of artificial sweeteners here:
What this sweetener is doing to your health; EMF sensitivity-identifying towers in your area; Two critical nutrients for optimal thyroid health
Sucralose Causes Leaky Gut Most of my clients are adamant that they do not consume any artificial sweetener, but when I look at the labels of their commonly used products, that is precisely what I find. Some people confuse sucralose with sucrose, thinking it is natural sugar. Sucralose is also known as Splenda.
But I digress…
Chris MasterJohn, Ph.D., 's response was a reminder that before pasteurization, there was rampant illness and disease, and our living conditions were much different than they are today.
Many positive changes have been made to improve living, food/water, sewage, and work conditions since the 1800s/early 1900s in the U.S.
In Chris MasterJohn Twitter Post response to Dr. Kayla he stated
Yeah, at a time when cows were fed distillery waste and puss-filled milk was transported without refrigeration and people stored it in the sun on their windowsills for a week. They thought child mortality was caused by vegetables before that because deaths were 5x higher in summer.

This is not much different from the statement that vaccines save lives. We are not exposed to the waste, sewage, lack of heat, lack of refrigeration, filth, and poor living/working/food conditions that our ancestors lived in that wreaked have on our immune systems. The environment was ripe for viruses and bacterial pathogens. This cannot be said for much of modern-day USA how far we have improved our living conditions.
Remember that doctors did not wash their hands between surgeries or delivering babies!
So, is raw milk in 2024 all that dangerous? Do you drink raw milk, and if so, have you ever been sick?
Please share my posts; they are still free, and I do not post on mainstream social media. I would love to be able to get the word out to more people about taking care of your health without dependence on the allopathic system.
I love raw milk and won't drink store bought 'dead' milk. I found a local farm when my children were in elementary school (my sons are twins and had multiple PE tubes and years of antibiotics - including prophylactically, which didn't work of course - and one had asthma) and found it made a difference in their health. Now they're grown and I've moved to the Appalachians and found a farm with shares. It is so delicious! I make yogurt, kefir, and drink it for the pure yum of it.
