I encourage you not to buy supplements from Amazon or a non-trustworthy website.

Most nutrition professionals, chiropractors, and others in the wellness space with the proper credentials use Fullscript, Zymogen, Systemic Formulas, Standard Process, and so forth. I encourage you to get your supplements in this manner. I offer supplement discounts to all of my clients.

An article from April 2023 stated that Fungi Perfecti LLC found counterfeit products of their Host Defense brand on Amazon, such as Lions Mane and Turkey Tail products.

Bottom Line: Purchase from a trusted source and not from places that sell everything from tires to toys and everything in between. I understand that supplements are expensive. But you may not need all the supplements you are taking; you may need some only for therapeutic reasons. Instead, buy fewer supplements but of high quality. Don’t use supplements to replace a healthy diet, but use them with a whole foods way of eating.
