Gift List

I do not have any affiliations with any of the products below. This was just a quick brainstorm of products I like. What would you add to a health-conscious gift list?
Cooking; Meal Prep
Water filtration: Berkey water filtration system-for countertops and water bottles to remove heavy metals and chemicals from your water. www.berkeyfilters.com
Blenders: I am partial to Vitamix, but Blentec is another excellent brand. It is a costly blender, so refurbished is a good option. Take advantage of holiday sales at www.vitamix.com.
Prepping: the site www.thereadystore.com has large quantities of food buckets for the prepper on your list. They also have first aid, seeds, and water storage items. Another excellent site for prepping kitchen items and supplements is www.healthrangerstore.com, which is run by Mike Adams.
Cookware: I have one of these non-toxic pans. My favorite part is the steamer insert. www.fromourplace.com
Healthier snacks: I have not tried these chips yet as I took all snack chips and crackers out of my diet a few months back, but if I add chips back in, I want to try their sweet potato chips made with coconut oil. If you try them, let me know how they taste! www.jacksonschips.com
Herbal products, creams, and more: www. earthley.com (an FYI, when I click the link for the site, a popup states “unsafe site”). I have used this site with no issues but use it at your discretion.
Coffee: This favorite beverage is a heavily sprayed crop, and if someone is a daily coffee drinker, I encourage them to purchase organic. www.puritycoffee.com or www.hammernutrition.com
Gift certificates: Someone may want a consult to have a fine-toothed comb review of lab results from a nutrition-focused perspective or want to know which supplements to keep, toss, or swap. Maybe they need help with a chronic condition but keep putting it off because of the price. Call me, and we can create a special health-focused gift.
Olive Oil: It is challenging to find quality EVOO, and when you do, it is expensive. Treat someone to Olea Estates olive oil at www.oleaestates.com.
Essential Oil diffusers, essential oils, loose herbs for tea, and much more at mountainroseherbs.com
For the athlete on your list
Sports Beverages, bars, and fuels:
For the endurance athlete on your list, www.hammernutrition.com is a brand without added sugar or additives in its fuels, supplements, and bars.
UCANco.com has a carbohydrate powdered fuel for endurance athletes made with non-GMO cornstarch. Cornstarch as a fuel may sound weird, but I used it for many years when training, and it works!
Ultima is the only non-fizzy drink without added junk for electrolyte hydration. www.ultimahealth.com
Clothing
Bamboo undergarments, t-shirts, and pants, pajamas (so comfy!): www.bodywear.com
Miscellaneous
OmegaQuant.com has at-home tests for omega EFA’s, vitamin D, vitamin B12, A1c, and more-all are simple blood spot tests.
Another one is a simple at-home blood test for someone who does not know their blood type. You can buy it via Fullscript-see how to sign up for a Fullscript account below.
Air Purifier: AirDoctorpro.com has different purifiers based on room size.
