It is an easy treat when in the mood for chocolate
Dr. Hyman is an integrative functional medicine doctor. I am aligned with him on quite a few nutrition and health topics; however, I have not followed him as much in recent years because I felt he could have said more (or at least something) about health in response to cov!d and the injections and he stayed silent (at least from what I saw via posts).
But he still shares some excellent recipes!
I like to make a sweet treat when we have guests.
This recipe is from Dr. Hyman’s website.

My modifications
I replaced the flaxseeds with two eggs (we raise chickens, so I prefer to use our eggs)
I did not have cassava flour and replaced it with my almond-based flour blend (the blend is 1 1/2 c. almond flour, 1/2 c. coconut flour, 1/2 c. tapioca flour, 1/2 c. arrowroot powder)
I added semisweet chocolate (I would prefer dark, but I did not have any).
Tip: I line all my pans with parchment paper when cooking. Parchment in the grocery store often comes in very small rolls and is expensive. I buy a huge box of parchment sheets via online restaurant stores, which is cheaper for the large quantity, and I like that it comes in sheets, not in a roll.
Here are some pictures of how it turned out. I like it, but I prefer it to be a bit more fudgy and a bit less cake-like. Overall, it's a nice treat that I made for guests.
The entire mixture
In the pan, uncooked
Sliced
Cut for serving

This is NOT information allopathic practitioners will share with you.
Yes, I as well lost some respect for Mark for staying silent. The same for Peter Attia recommendeding these EUA bioweapon injections because the FDA is gold? When I heard him say that I quit listening to him.
I don't understand why dark chocolate isn't considered to be one of the main foods groups....for the antioxidants of course. 😉
