Blood Chemistry Panel-easy to understand, interpret and apply; Health from a needle
New offering! I am so excited to have this in a concise easy-to-read chart that you can easily use and apply.
Customized Blood Chemistry Analysis
I have always enjoyed reviewing labs and identifying underlying issues that allopathic professionals may miss. However, I have been disorganized in presenting the findings to my clients and have finally created a concise, straightforward, and easy-to-understand report.
Allopathic medical professionals often quickly scan your lab results, only looking at the out-of-range numbers. I will analyze each number with your labs, look at the numbers via a functional lens, look at patterns on your labs, and see what specific patterns may suggest health-wise.
Often a doctor will do a quick scan of your labs and tell you, “Everything looks good”. The problem is you don’t “feel good,” and the lab work if examined thoroughly, can tell you a great deal. Or they don’t order full panels that should be run based on your complaints and symptoms, so you are not getting a complete picture of your health.
This is not a report you will receive from your conventional doctor. Looking at functional ranges and patterns in your blood work can help determine underlying causes for any of your health concerns and can also help identify arising health issues before they become problematic.
The Lab Analysis report includes an easy-to-read color-coded chart to see where your lab numbers fall to help you quickly see if your lab marker is optimal, slightly, moderately, or significantly out of range.
The review will include any identified patterns and comments for each lab marker out of range. I will provide a list of labs that were not run that would benefit you.
Lastly, it will include recommendations and additional resources.
The Lab Analysis report will become valuable when you need to re-test. You will now have the functional ranges and can compare your labs to see the changes.

How the report will read:
I was trying to put a piece of the chart on here to show you what a final report would look like but I cannot get the chart to transfer over into the substack correctly.
Section 1: Blood Test Analysis Review
Reference ranges are general. The lab that ran your blood work may have a different range, as ranges are based on the averages within their population. Reference ranges usually have a wider gap than functional ranges.
The green result means it is within the optimal range
The yellow result means it is slightly out of range
Orange means it is moderately out of range
Red indicates it is significantly out of range
> means your results are above the optimal range
< means your results are below the optimal range
This report is broken down into sections.
Section 1 is the Blood Chemistry Analysis
Section 2 provides information on any identified drug-nutrient deficiencies (Package A only)
Section 3 identifies any drug-nutrient interactions (Package A only)
Section 4 includes recommendations and additional information (if warranted) based on the information provided. (I will ask for some basic information such as age, gender, weight, height, your most common health concerns, etc).

Health in the Modern-Era
Every commercial I hear on the mRNA technology injections (COVID injections) and any mainstream news show states the BEST thing you can do to stay healthy is to get your shot.
As a nutritionist, I find this information so odd. The best thing I can do for my health is to get injected with a long list of ingredients directly into my bloodstream. Does that mean I can be obese, eat junk food, and sit all day inside, yet still be healthy because I get shot after shot?
And yet, people go along with this because it is simple and easy to do. Who wants to change their diet or get up off the couch?
Health is not about repeated injections; it is about whole foods, exercise, sunshine, purpose, giving, peacefulness, and loving relationships.
Health does not come from a syringe, and I wish the media, of which 95% is owned by 5 companies, would stop promoting it as such.
Thoughts? Do you think all our vaccines for children and adults make us healthier or less healthy? Do you agree with the media that the #1 thing you can do to stay healthy as winter approaches is to get covid, RSV, and flu shots?
